In order to efficiently heat any room, there are some things that you should consider when you’re choosing electric radiators. First, of course, you’ll need to know the size and number of radiators that you’ll need. You need to consider where the radiator will go, and ensure that it will fit into the space you have available. During this process, the output of the radiator should be considered so that it’s providing the optimum amount of heat for the electricity being used. The radiator size, wattage and quantity will primarily depend on the size of the room (including the height of the ceiling), as well as how well insulated the room is. Other factors include whether the room has cavity wall insulation, whether the windows are double glazed, the number of doors in the room, and whether there are any issues with draughts. Generally speaking, newer properties are more well-insulated than older properties. Every heating situation is unique, and should be treated individually, but this information should give you an idea of things to consider when you’re choosing an electric radiator. If you have any queries, then please don’t hesitate to contact us at any time. We’d be pleased to speak with you.
