The working parts of our radiators carry a ten year guarantee as standard, providing the heating appliance is used for the purpose it is intended and not broken, knocked or otherwise defaced or destroyed. Thermostats, built in or radio controlled, have two years guarantee as standard unless otherwise stated on the packaging. No guarantee is given regarding the performance or running costs of the heaters, except that the heater is being used in the area for which it was purchased and is being used correctly, any performance figures are general and not specific as everyone's lifestyles are different.
Power Heating will arrange a date for delivery but, due to traffic conditions, any delivery times are a general indication only and the client must be available to take the goods on the arranged date. Any re-deliveries due to non-availability of client on arranged delivery date will incur a charge, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Once goods are available for delivery the customer must accept delivery within seven days unless a previously agreed arrangement is in place. Delays of more than one week will incur a storage charge, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Should the customer refuse delivery without legal reason, then the supplier has the right to claim 30 percent of the purchase cost price to cover costs incurred, not withstanding the customers right to prove otherwise. Power Heating do not accept any responsibility for pre-existing faults with wiring, plumbing systems or structural faults. If electrical or plumbing work is undertaken it is done so on the basis that existing wiring and/or plumbing complies with up to date legislation. It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of redundant systems, waste or packaging unless previously agreed with Power Heating. From day of delivery, the goods are then the purchaser’s risk. You should check to make sure they are received in good condition as no claim can be made thereafter and it is the responsibility of the customer to insure their new goods. The company accepts no liability under guarantee or warranty once delivered if the goods have been damaged by whatever cause, misused or neglected. You must check your goods on delivery, once delivery has been made and accepted, no claim can be made thereafter.
